A well established Holding Company is looking for an Accountant in Head Office specialized in Food & Beverage & Construction .Prefference will be given for those who is experienced in Food & Beverage .
Requirements :-
Minimum Qualififcation :- Bachelor of Commerce ( Others Degrees not related to finance & accounts are not accepted )
Experience Required : Minimum 2-4 Years Saudi or GCC Experience Prefeered ( Else Please excuse )
Iqama Status :- Should be transferrable ( We don't have Visa )
Joining time :- Immediate or Maximum One month exactly after recieving Offer Letter .
Launguage :- English & Arabic ( Read ,Write & Speak )All the Job related submissions will be in arabic and able to handle independently.
Software Skills :- ERP ,Oracle
Computer Skills :- Expert in Ms -Office ,Adanced User in Excel & Word
Other Skills :- Should be willing to work Under Pressure ,Flexible ,Efficient time Management ,Punchual Reporting .
Benefits :-
Net Package :- 2,500 to 4,000 ( Including Basic ,Housing ,Transportation )
Vacation :- Yearly
Other fringe and Monetary Benefits as per Management Policies
Job responsibilities :-
1. Petty Cash Handling & Reporting
2. Monthly Physical Inventory & Complete Inventory related Matters .
3. Daily Cash Closing & Issue Payments if required - Cash Maintenance & Bank Deposits .
4. Purchase Order & Supplier Maintenance - Cash & Credit .
5.Sales Checking .
6.Store & Kitchen Stock with Movement Checking upon Demand & Control Over Complete Stock IN & OUT over Store Keeper .
7. Bank reconcilaition .
8. Maintain all Books in Quick Books and All Ledger Maintenance.
9. Proceessing Payment Requests .
10.Kitchen Production Wastage reporting & Control .
11. Locations Assets Monitoring & Control Over it .
12. Maintaining & Reporting Utility Bills .
13. Preparing Payments in form of Cheques printing Upon Demand .
14.Audit Prepations & Ledger Closings
15.Other Reports Financial & Non Financial as per requirement .
