Job Profile:

• Manage overall operations for all the 
fashion stores assigned.
• Accountable for delivering P&L targets.
• Achieve results by efficient cost control 
methods, Sale Drivers and Budget Planning.
• Comply with the Brand and company policies 
and procedures.


Communication & Working Relationships:

• Communicate with Stores team to ensure all 
Sales, Stock Data and relevant information is 
received.


Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience of working with Multi-Cultural 
Teams.
• Experience in brand expansion, including 
Project Management of new store openings, directing 
support function activities and in depth 
recruitment activities.
• Knowledge of latest fashion trends, team 
management, sales and operations management, 
planning and execution, supervision, coaching and 
mentoring, problem solving.
• Proficiency in English language, knowledge 
of Arabic and other languages will be an added 
advantage.


Education Qualification:

• Required: Graduates / Post Graduates / Masters in Retail Management preferred.


Relevant Experience:

• Required: 5+ years of experience in Fashion Retail.
• Desired: 3+ years of experience in 
Management Role.
• Experience of KSA / UAE and GCC Retail 
Industry.
• Valid KSA Driving license is a must.
