ELV ELECTRICAL FOREMAN
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead
man / 3 years’ experience as Foreman in
• Installation of conducting, cable trunking,
cable pulling and installation and commissioning of
ELV Systems for residential or commercial building
projects
• (GCC experience preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Electrical Extra Low Voltage
Systems trade
• Good experience in preparing take off for
containment works, cables, cable trunking, hangers
& supports, installation materials etc. as required
for the • Electrical work
• Good experience in installation of
Structured Cabling System, Telecommunication and
Data System, CCTV and Access Control System,
Building Management System, Fire Alarmed Voice
Evacuation System etc.
• Supervising the Erection of above
mentioned ELV electrical works with Accessories
• Experience in installation of equipment
and racks in Security, MDF and IDF rooms
• Experience in testing of ELV System


MV-LV ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man
/ 3 years’ experience as Foreman in Installation of
conduiting, cable tray/trunking, cable pulling and
installation and commissioning of Electrical
Systems for residential or commercial building
projects (GCC experience preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Electrical trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of
Electrical tools and equipment
• Good experience in preparing take off for
containment works, cables, hangers & supports,
installation materials etc. as required for the
Electrical work
• Good experience in installation of MDBs,
SMDBs, DBs, Central Battery System, Light Fittings,
Wiring Accessories etc.
• Supervising the Erection of above
mentioned electrical works with Accessories


FIRE FIGHTING FOREMAN
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead
man / 3 years’ experience as Foreman in handling
Firefighting and sprinkler systems for residential
or commercial building projects (GCC experience
preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Mechanical or Plumbing trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of common
Piping tools and equipment
• Thorough knowledge in installation and
testing of Fire protection system
• Piping for Wet Hydrant, Sprinkler system
and External Hydrant (underground piping)
• Supervise the installation of Piping, FF
system components like Sprinklers, Zone control
valves, Fire hose cabinets, Hydrants
• Good experience in Pipe fabrication, pipe
cutting, threading and grooving
• Installation of Fire Pump room piping,
Hydro Testing of Fire Protection Piping network


PLUMBING FOREMAN

At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 2
years’ experience as Foreman in handling Plumbing
and drainage systems for residential or commercial
building projects (GCC experience preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Mechanical or Plumbing trade
• Thorough knowledge of the common practices,
tools and terminology IN CONSTRUCTION thorough
knowledge of the use of common plumbing equipment
and installation Copper, PPR, UPVC, HDPE piping
works
• Supervise the installation of Water
heaters, Pumps, Sanitary wears, Interceptors etc
• Hydro Testing of Water supply piping and
gravity testing for no pressure piping
• Hand on experience in soldering / brazing
of copper pipes or any related certification will
be considered as added advantage


HVAC PIPING FOREMAN
At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 3
years’ experience as Foreman in Fabrication and
Installation of piping and installation and
commissioning of A/C Equipment’s for residential or
commercial building projects (GCC experience
preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Mechanical or Air Conditioning trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of Piping
tools and equipment
• Good experience in preparing take off for
pipes, fittings, hangers & supports, installation
materials etc. as required for the HVAC pipe work
• Good experience in installation of AHUs,
FAHUs, FCUs, Pumps and accessories
• Supervising the Erection of Piping with
Accessories (Valves, Flexible Connectors, etc.) and
pipe insulation
• Experience in installation of piping for
Mechanical rooms
• Experience in water balancing of the HVAC
System by Handling the Balancing Equipment’s
• Knowledge in installation DX/ Split A/C
units and piping will be an added advantage


DUCTING FOREMAN
At least 5 years’ experience as a Lead man / 3
years’ experience as Foreman in Fabrication and
Installation of HVAC Ducting and installation and
commissioning of A/C Equipment’s for residential or
commercial building projects (GCC experience
preferred)
• 2 years trade certificate (Diploma / ITI
course) in the Mechanical or Air Conditioning trade
• Thorough knowledge of the use of Ducting
and Piping tools and equipment
• Good experience in preparing take off for
duct fabrication, air outlets, cladding,
installation materials etc as required for the HVAC
duct work
• Good experience in installation of AHUs,
FAHUs, FCUs and Fans
• Supervising the Erection of G.I Ducting
with Accessories (Motorized Dampers, Volume Control
Dampers, Fire Dampers and air outlets) and duct
insulation
• Experience in installation of M.S Ducting
and cladding for Mechanical rooms
• Experience in Air balancing of the HVAC
System by Handling the air Balancing Equipment’s
• Knowledge in installation DX/ Split A/C
units and piping will be an added advantage
 

Required Skills for all of the above positions:

• Ability to work from sketches, drawings,
plans or specifications
• Good communication skills and ability to
follow oral and written instructions (English
language)
• Plan, schedule and assign the activities of
Electricians
• Preparation of Daily report for labor time
sheet , update daily progress at site.
