Job for candidate with transferable Iqama
Location : Riyadh
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational and support activities for MS Dynamics CRM 2015
- Implement modifications/changes/customizations/configurations to CRM as required
- Create workflows, customize fields and entity forms within MS CRM, etc
- Add users, set user privileges, define policies, add/change discount levels, customize reports, etc.
- Document processes and procedures for users
- Undertake operation and maintenance of the CRM application for release upgrades, customizations, and troubleshooting in coordination with vendors and contractors.
Required Expertise:
- MS Dynamics CRM development, customizations and enhancements
- Ability to build plugins / add-ons for MS Dynamics CRM
- Excellent communication skills (English Written and Spoken)
- Team Player
- Self-driven - Performs without supervision
- Excellent work ethics
