Required person skills:
Performing diagnostic, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintaining equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.
• Managing an assigned territory of printer devices or MFP’s.
• Maintaining an accurate assigned parts inventory.
• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Maintaining positive relationships with employees.
• Contributing as a team player.
• Desire and ability to work independently and reliably.
• Installing and setting up Printers and copiers, configuring TCP IP.
• Training users.
• Experience with Printers Multi-function machines, Lexmark Devices is preferable.
• Basic computer knowledge* MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook).
Nationality : Preferably Filipino person.
