General Manager
Job Description
General Manager will be responsible for the entire operations of Facilities Management Company ; he should have an expertise in various fields such as Sales & Marketing, planning, budgeting, facility and maintenance, engineering, development, organization, and evaluation of strategic business goals and objectives of the company.
The General Manager will ensure to meet company’s goals within the established customer service and budgetary standards.
*He will plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through managers/ supervisors.
*Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
*Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel
*Directs and coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
*Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget activities concerned with the project and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
*He will be responsible to develop and implement customer service standards.
*He will be responsible to develop, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of monitoring and inspection programs to ensure an appropriate level of customer service are met.
*He will be responsible to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and employees.
*He will conduct regular staff meetings to review on-going operations, trouble-shoot areas needing corrective action, issues related to employees, etc
Qualification:
10 years experience on the operations of Facilities and Maintenance Management.
Must have experience in Business Development.
Must have experince in strategic development.
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical).
Arab National is a must.
Good communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of English
Remuneration Package:
