1. Standardize the existing software development life cycle processes. (Definition of the processes, defining templates, etc.).
2. Document, review, design/define, and communicate to all stakeholders the applicable policy, plan, and procedure/work instructions that drive each Project Management process
3. Develop and enhance PMO processes and procedures and maintain the same with updates
4. Implement the approved Project Management Methodology and ensure adherence to it
5. Ensure adaptability to PMO mandates, initiatives, processes and procedures in all IT areas


 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
 5+ years’ experience in IT area with exposure to PMO affairs.
 Knowledgeable of project management methodologies processes and tools.
 Thorough knowledge of project milestone monitoring, documentation and processes.
 Professionally certified in Project Management related certification is desirable.

Strong communication skills as he needs to communicate with business users regularly. 
Iqama must be transferable.
