(1) Project Manager: Position Available - 01

- Project Manager shall be able to Plans, execute, monitor, control and successfully deliver the
projects as per Contractual requirement.

- Will be Responsible for completion of projects and will be playing a pivotal role in the execution
of the projects and will be the focal point in all corresponds to all sites/other departments for their
respective actions.

- Will be responsible to act as a facilitator and to ensure that the assigned projects are /shall be
completed on time, within budget and as per satisfaction of the client.

- Project Manager shall be able to play a major role of leadership and gets the work done from all
other departments for successful completion of assigned projects.


(2) Construction Manager: Position Available - 01

- Construction Manager shall be responsible for site execution in terms of planning, directing and
coordinating effectively with regarding any activity related to erections, materials, consumables,
documentations and correspond it with Project Manager in a timely manner to ensure project’s
time frames are met.

- Responsible for monitoring and overseeing the manpower, materials supplied, and consumables
supplied.

- Construction Manager shall be able to maintain client satisfaction and maintain quality and
safety requirements as a priority during the executions.

- Shall be able to Define, review and establish construction methodologies and review the work
sequences to ensure it is met in a cost effective manner to support bidding team whenever
required.
