Required qualifications for Sales / Service Engineer
• This vacancy is for the post of Sales / Service Engineer. Only experienced candidate with minimum 2 years and above experience with transferable iqama should apply.
• The candidate should be BS/BE/B.Tech (4 years Engineering course) or M.Sc.
In Electronics or Instrumentation engineering with proven track record in instrument sales, service and maintenance and a solid technical knowledge in the relevant field.
• Candidate with experience in analytical instruments such as HPLC, UHPLC, TOC, XRD, XRF, GC, GC/MS, FTIR, ICP, Atomic Absorption, Viscometers, nano technology instruments, physisorption and chemisorption analyzers, Spectrophotometers, high pressure reactors, petroleum testing instruments will be given preference.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly within a team of technical engineers.
• Ready to work both as Sales and Service Engineer. Responsible for sales, service, maintenance and calibration of the established product ranges of advanced instrumentation. This includes customer visits, sales quote preparations for customers, telephone support to customers, testing, servicing, and troubleshooting equipments at customer site, performing installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance and maintenance contracts.
• Willingness to travel throughout Central Region and other regions of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for customer support (Sales / Service Support both).
