We are looking for experience hydrojetting supervisor
About the Job :
> Responsible for the supervision of a variety of High pressure hydro-jetting cleaning activities in the plant to enable maintenance cleaning works to take place on a variety of equipment like Process pipe Lines, heat exchangers, Pressure vessels, Ractors and Tanks and cold cutting activities. Supervises a crew of hydro jetting operators in works related to high pressure water cleaning operations, transportation of hydro jetting equipments, testing and checking for safety, preparation of the working area, obtaining all relative permits to work.
Coordinates with the Team of contractor involved in the operations and maintenance of High pressure water jetting operations etc.
Supervises the operation of all hydro jetting cleaning, the maintenance, testing and certification of hydro jetting equipment accessories and monitors the implementation of the preventive maintenance programmes for the Hydro jetting equipment (machine and accessories).
Assures the compliance of right High pressure water jetting techniques and using right tools/tackles for Plant equipment’s maintenance
• Schedule Compliance: Organizes and coordinates with respective workforce to ensure compliance of daily schedule for High pressure hydro-jetting cleaning activities released by planning in time and with quality
Supervise & Involve with the team of contractor responsible for the Operation and maintenance of High pressure water jetting equipments within the Plant especially on the following:-
Process Pipe works
Heat Exchangers
Pressure vessels and Tanks
Rotary Equipments i.e Pumps , Melt pumps etc
Minimum Requirements:
• Knowledge: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in Planning and Supervision of Hydro-jetting Activities
Skills :
Good knowledge of the Hydro-Jetting Cleaning operations at site,
Good knowledge of English, written & spoken
